Berlin - Memorial
This is a shot of the Holocaust memorial in Berlin. It has been inaugurated in May 2005 and is dedicated to all Jews that have been murdered during the natinal socialist regime.
2711 cuboids made of concrete are displayed. They have a different height and that makes them look like waves - quite impressive.
Beneath the memorial is a museum - there is a show room, lecture room and book shop. If you have the possibility, go and have a look.
